Reflecting on these statements, we remember that sometimes giving things gets in the way of getting to know Him, our Lord and Savior. When we meditate on his word, study its contents and understand its core message everything changes. In Joshual 1:8 it says,
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may a]be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will b]achieve success. “
